If you love to play sports, you will know that there is nothing worse than experiencing an injury. An injury can stop you from playing the sport you love which can make you very unhappy. I know this because last year, I injured my back while playing tennis. I was really unhappy during my recovery. However, things improved when I went to visit a spa which offered sports massages. I went for a weekly massage and it really helped me to recover. I'm so happy to be playing tennis again so I decided to start a blog about my experiences.
